KT is a food truck fitted with a traditional, wood burning brick oven. We serve Neapolitan inspired wood fired pizzas using only the freshest ingredients to craft our delicious pies.
ON AVERAGE WE RUN ABOUT 12 PIZZAS. WE ALSO RUN SPECIALS DAILY. OCCASIONALLY WE DO SELL OUT OF CERTAIN PIZZAS SO IT'S BEST TO CHECK MENU WHEN AT THE TRUCK.

"BIG DADDY" ROTH: pepperoni, mushrooms, kalamata olives, red onion
FENNEL SAUSAGE: spicy italian sausage, shaved fennel, fire roasted red peppers
WHITE: mozzarella, ricotta, shaved fennel, mushrooms, garlic
CHICKEN PESTO: roasted chicken, housemade basil pesto, fire roasted red peppers
MARGHARITA: bufulo di mozzarella, basil, san marzano tomato sauce
PIETASTER: prosciutto, arugula, cherry tomatoes, garlic
POPEYE: pancetta, spinach
CHERRY BOMB: cherry tomatoes, red pepper flake
PESTO: housemade basil pesto, cherry tomatoes
PEPPERONI: pepperoni, mozzarella
CHEESE: fresh mozzarella, tomato sauce
After years of dreaming of a food truck that could serve wood fired pizza, two friends and a wife finally made it happen. After buying a run down delivery truck, outfitting it with a Woodstone oven and hand painting the Rat Fink design (by our talented friend Jen Dixon) KT hit the streets slinging pies in July of 2015. KT was and still is the first and only mobile wood fired pizzeria in the greater Washington, D.C. area.
