KT is a food truck fitted with a traditional, wood burning brick oven. We serve Neapolitan inspired pizzas using only the freshest ingredients to craft our delicious pies.

ALL OF OUR PIZZAS ARE 10". ON AVERAGE WE RUN ABOUT 12 DIFFERENT PIZZAS. FOR CURRENT MENU IT'S BEST TO CHECK MENU WHEN AT THE TRUCK.
SHUT YOUR PIEHOLE- spicy italian sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms
"BIG DADDY" ROTH- pepperoni, mushrooms, kalamata olives, red onion
FENNEL SAUSAGE- spicy italian sausage, shaved fennel, fire roasted red peppers
WHITE- mozzarella, ricotta, shaved fennel, mushrooms, garlic
CHICKEN PESTO- roasted chicken, housemade basil pesto, fire roasted red peppers
RED, WHITE, AND GREEN- pepperoni, dollops of basil pesto
MARGHERITA- buffalo mozzarella, basil, san marzano tomato sauce
ITALIAN SURFER- capicola, pepperoni, spiced pineapple, red onion
POPEYE:- pancetta, spinach, red onion, garlic
CHERRY BOMB- cherry tomatoes, garlic, red pepper flake
PESTO- housemade basil pesto, cherry tomatoes
PEPPERONI- pepperoni, mozzarella
CHEESE- fresh mozzarella, tomato sauce
OUR STORY
After years of dreaming up a food truck that could serve wood fired pizza, two friends and a wife finally made it happen. After buying a run down delivery truck, we raised the roof and cut off the back to outfit it with a 3500 lb Woodstone oven. It took 3 weeks to paint the infamous 'Rat Fink' design (created by our talented friend Jen Dixon). KT hit the streets baking pies in July of 2015 and hasn't stopped since. Best pie no lie, come give it a try.
